When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from a Spanish warehouse in Madrid.

We do process orders between Monday to Friday. They will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please allow some extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, 3 business days for processing it. After that, 2-10 additional business days for delivery depending on your country.

Will I be charged with customs duties and local taxes?

The prices displayed on our site and invoice are in EUR including the European tax or VAT of 21% if you are subject to it.

However, if you have a valid European VAT number you can request us to waive the VAT at the moment of ordering. We will check if the number that you provide is valid. Likewise, if you purchase from outside the European Union, the system will automatically discard the European VAT.

Therefore, your local VAT, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be eventually charged, once your order arrives at its final destination, depending on your own Customs and fiscal regulations.

Payment of these additional charges are your responsibility and will not be covered or borne by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs in your country; i.e. Brexit current delays. For further details on charges, please contact your local authorities.
